The
Mold Detective Earns The Coveted Angie's List Super
Service Award
~ Again
The Mold Detective has been awarded the
prestigious 2010 Angies List Super Service
Award
for a continued commitment to premium customer care
& service.
The
Super Service Award, now celebrating its 12th
year, is reserved for companies who have
achieved and maintained a superior service
rating on Angie's List the
nation's leading provider of consumer ratings
on local service companies throughout
the past year. Fewer than 5 percent of the
companies on Angie's List meet the
eligibility requirements to be considered for
the award.
"Our Super
Service Award winners are the cream of the
crop when it comes to providing the best
customer service," said Angie Hicks, founder
of Angie's List.
Sadly,
our founder and leader, Thomas Brannan,
passed away on February 26, 2011. Thomas
and I knew each other for the better part
of fifteen years, and worked cooperatively
on projects for the last several of those
years. As The Mold Detective goes forward,
I promise to provide you, the consumer,
with the same high standards of practice
that the "Mold Dectective" community of
customers has come to expect. I believe
you have a right to expect that standard,
and I have an obligation to deliver on
that expectation.
Regards, Charles R. Galvagni, The Mold
Detective

Thomas
said: "We are especially proud of this
award and take special pride in our
recognition by such a highly regarded,
customer based rating and referral
service. We owe our success, of course, to
our loyal customers, but also to our
continued quality-training regimen, our
state of the art investigative techniques
& equipment, our dedicated staff,
along with our bottom-line commitment to
do an exceptional job at a fair
price.
We
look forward to continuing to provide the
best to our customers in the coming year.
Our belief in honesty, service, value and
effective communication will continue to
serve as the basic cornerstones of our
company. We treat our customers as family
and their homes as if they were our own
the same way we would hope to be
treated."
